Our products and services are digital. Access to subscription platforms is provisioned electronically, typically immediately after purchase, and custom software work is delivered according to the milestones and timelines in the applicable service agreement.

Refund policy

Refunds are governed by the terms of the platform or service agreement under which the purchase was made. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 30 days of the charge using the contact details below and we will review your request in good faith. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Cancellation policy

Subscriptions to platforms we operate can be cancelled at any time through the platform's account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless the applicable agreement states otherwise. Custom software engagements may be cancelled as provided in their service agreements.
